We at AYS Concierge Service act as your personal representatives in courteously and efficiently meeting all your needs. We work within your budget, your timeframe and your preferences in arranging personal services. And we actually take the time to get to know you—something our many clients say makes all the difference!

Whether you need our services occasionally or on a regular basis, we can design an affordable and efficient way to incorporate concierge and errand services into your daily life. Most services are billed on an hourly, a la carte basis—but monthly packages of hours are available as well.  We offer a discount to first-time clients, and for pre-paid hours, including gift certificates.

Rates vary depending on your specific needs. We will always offer you a free consultation by phone to learn how you can best benefit from our services. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover credit cards as forms of payment.

AYS Concierge Service is pleased to offer our clients the very best in vendor resources providing high quality services with the commitment to excellence our clients have come to expect.

From errand runners, professional organizers, elder companions, and housekeeping agencies—to non-medical and medical in-home care agencies, home modification contractors and lawn professionals. One telephone call to our professional staff will take care of all your vendor needs.

AYS Concierge Service Policies

Please call at least 24 hours in advance to schedule your service. Services are billed by the hour, not the task. There is a two-hour minimum for first time clients, one-hour minimum for established clients. All rates include time from starting point to completion of task; no additional charges are applied for gas or mileage. Rates reflect charges for services rendered by AYS Concierge Service and do not include charges for outside vendor services and/or merchandise purchased to complete the request. Payment both for services rendered by AYS Concierge Service and any additional merchandise/costs are due upon completion of the job.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover as forms of payment. Services rendered after hours or holidays will be at an increased rate. If this is necessary, please call for availability and a price quote.
